I aim to make this an all-inclusive event so you don't have to worry once you arrive.
You will be greeted with a gift bag, followed by a Pilates session, a nutritious brunch, a G’n’T (or non- alcoholic drink), making like-minded connections and of course some photo ops!

I am 5 years sober, so totally on board with this, though having partnered with Rugby Distillery for a quintessential English G’n’T (or similar), until a local non-alcoholic alternative can be found, we have tea, coffee, herbal teas, and still/ sparkling water options. You’ll see me, Tracy, swigging on water!
When you purchase your ticket make sure to select the ‘non-alcoholic’ option.

There are multiple brunch options available, always a vegetarian option.When you purchase your ticket select your food options, and be sure to mention if you have dietary restrictions. We have a 7 day cancellation policy, as Tracy has to submit numbers to the venue and chef, for drink and food accommodations. Unfortunately there are no refunds within this time frame, though you can transfer or sell your ticket on, although the food/ drink selections will be unable to be changed. Reach out to Tracy—she might just know someone eager to grab your ticket! 🎟️✨

Whatever you feel comfortable in! Have fun with your colours, or wear all black- whatever you vibe with. Please remember there is Pilates involved so leggings, joggers, shorts, loose trousers or even sparkly pants are recommended! You can wear trainers, grip socks or go barefoot during the workout. You may also wish to bring a blanket in the colder months for the relaxation section.

Bring your own mat (we have only a few available for purchase), and for extra comfort, pack a small towel or cushion. Don’t forget your water, and if we’re outdoors (in the warmer months), a hat. Oh, and of course, your phone for those must-have selfies! 📸☀️💛
