July at Serendipity Wellness & Pilates 🌿
There’s something about summer that invites us to slow down, breathe a little deeper and spend more time looking after ourselves.
Yet for many women, summer becomes one of the busiest seasons of the year. School holidays, family commitments, travel plans and endless to-do lists often mean our own wellbeing slips to the bottom of the pile.
That's why I've created a beautiful mix of classes and special events throughout July—so you can keep moving, stay strong and make time for yourself without feeling overwhelmed.

🌿 Secret Garden Society – Tuesday 14th July
Step away from the hustle and reconnect with nature through outdoor Pilates and mindful movement.
These sessions are about so much more than exercise. They're an opportunity to breathe fresh air, calm your nervous system and enjoy movement surrounded by beautiful countryside.

🕯 Pilates After Dark – Wednesday 22nd July
One of my favourite evenings of the month.
Imagine soft lighting, calming music and gentle movement designed to release tension, improve mobility and leave you feeling completely reset before bedtime.

Designed to help you stay active, energised and connected throughout the summer months, these uplifting sessions combine movement, fresh air and wonderful company in a beautiful setting.
