A friendly, low-impact exercise class created especially for seniors who want to move with ease and confidence.
Classes take place on:
Tuesdays 11- 11.30am at Christ Church, Brownsover and
Wednesdays 11.30am- 12.15pm at Lilbourne Village Hall
Move Better combines gentle walking-in-place choreography with seated and chair-supported exercises to help you stay active, improve balance, and maintain strength for everyday life. Each class is calm, supportive, and easy to follow, with clear guidance throughout.
