New Pilates Classes Coming to Bulkington This September

Feel Stronger, Move Better and Make Time for You

I’m delighted to announce that new Pilates classes are coming to Bulkington Community Centre from September 2026.

If you’ve been looking for a way to improve your strength, increase flexibility, reduce stiffness, and prioritise your wellbeing, these classes are designed with you in mind.

Whether you’re completely new to Pilates, returning after a break, or already enjoying the benefits of regular movement, you’ll be welcomed into a friendly, supportive community where progress matters more than perfection.

Why Pilates?

As we move through midlife and beyond, our bodies naturally change. Many women notice reduced flexibility, aches and pains, poor posture, loss of strength, balance concerns, or simply feeling less energetic than they once did.

Pilates is one of the most effective ways to support your body through these changes.

Regular Pilates can help:

New Bulkington Timetable

📍 Bulkington Community Centre

Tuesdays

6:00pm – 6:45pm

Thursdays

10:30am – 11:15am

Classes are suitable for beginners and those with previous Pilates experience, with options provided throughout to suit different abilities.

Tracy Richardson MSc is a movement and wellness specialist with a background in therapy, Pilates, and wellbeing, she combines evidence-based practice with a nurturing, mindful approach. Tracy’s mission is to empower individuals to move with awareness, release tension, and cultivate sustainable health, strength, and inner calm. When she’s not teaching or writing, you’ll often find her walking her dog, practising Pilates, or sipping a calming cup of tea.
