Serendipity Wellness® is excited to introduce Pilates After Dark, a unique evening Pilates experience designed to help women unwind, strengthen, and reconnect after a busy day.
Created by wellness expert and Pilates instructor Tracy Richardson, Pilates After Dark combines gentle mat Pilates, mindful movement, relaxation, and a calming atmosphere to support women through midlife, stress, burnout, perimenopause, menopause, and the demands of everyday life.
Unlike a traditional fitness class, Pilates After Dark offers a slower, more restorative approach to evening exercise. Participants can expect low lighting, calming music, mindful breathwork, and a supportive community environment designed to help reduce stress, improve posture, build core strength, and promote better sleep.
“Women are often carrying so much mentally, emotionally, and physically,” says Tracy Richardson. “Pilates After Dark is about giving women permission to slow down, breathe, move their bodies gently, and leave feeling calmer, stronger, and more grounded.”
